Gale warning signals

bullet The meteorological office sends warning to signal stations.
bullet When these warnings are received by the stations, it is displayed by a black canvas cone.
bullet The cone is of one meter height and one meter width, appears as a triangle.
bullet A north cone (hoisted upward) is displayed when gale expected from N'ly direction.
bullet North cone may be displayed to an E'ly or W'ly gale when it is expected to change to a N'ly direction.
bullet A South cone is displayed when gale expected from south.
bullet South cone may be displayed when E'ly or W'ly gale expected to change to a S'ly direction.
